1. What does the 15 – 30 days Insurance training consist of?
We have our internal insurance program that our employees go through. Depending on their level of the English language; they can finish within 15 – 30 days. Each worker must pass specific evaluations and two final tests before being placed on your team.
2. Anything we need to provide besides payment?
Agencies typically will provide email addresses, Office 365 programs, Adobe, and a phone line as needed.
3. Why Ventas and Mexico?
We are in the same time zone. Nothing beats being able to speak directly with your extended team members during office hours instead of waiting for next-day replies. All of the staff are bi-lingual. Many of our agency partners have found it helpful to have Spanish-speaking staff at times to help with translations/interpreting.

4. Are you HIPAA certified?
We have developed and implemented, a comprehensive HIPAA Compliance Program following the HIPAA Privacy and HIPAA Security Rule – focusing on the administrative, physical, and technical requirements of the HIPAA Security Rule as it applies to any potential risk associated with the use of PHI in our business.
5. What is your pricing?
As a privately owned BPO company, we can customize pricing to fit your needs. We have options that are per hour, per project, commission/per hour combo, etc. We understand that each client is at different stages in business. We pride ourselves in being flexible to provide you the support needed at an economical pricing point that is fair and beneficial to all parties.
7. Is the ProtoStar Program just for insurance agencies?
No. The Proto-Star Program applies to any industry we provide Virtual Assistants for.
